How long will my sessions be?
Your first session will be for approximately 1 hour to 1 hour 30mins which will give us time to go through your full health history, emotional aspects that you feel have impacted on your life and the issues you are dealing with. Thereafter your sessions will be for 1 hour unless we agree to extend a particular session to enable us to take the process to conclusion.
In your first session, you will be asked to give a history of your health, both physical and mental. You will be asked about your life experiences and the negative events of your past that have impacted on your life. From this information, it will be my responsibility to ascertain the issues to work with and to advise you on the best approach for your individual needs. I will explain the processes most suited to your situation and how they work. It will also be an opportunity to ask questions and seek clarification. Although I will be your guide from then on, I will partner you fully in your sessions.
What will my first session be like?
Do you treat patients with severe health problems?

We will then be able to discuss if it would be appropriate to work with you liaising with other health professions or if it would be in your own interests to be referred to a professional better suited to your needs. In the event that you are suffering from a psychiatric disorder, a full consultation with your medical professionals will be necessary before I can help you.
Do you help treat terminal or chronic illness?
Yes, your sessions will be helpful in clearing negative traumas and patterns that may be at the root of your physical condition.
