Fully realising the experience of anxiety, although counter-intuitive, enables you to realise your over-identification with negative thoughts. You will be encouraged to practice responding to disruptive thoughts and simply letting them go.
Mindfulness is a way to reduce symptoms of anxiety and to be fully mindfully anxious as anxiety reveals itself to be a misconception, symptoms dissipate.
Research has found mindfulness practices to be successful in reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression.
Breath Meditation for Relief of Stress and Anxiety
This meditation focuses on the breath for calming and healing the nervous system, taking it out of the stress response into healing.

This Introductory 3 x session package enables you to begin to explore simple yet powerful meditation practices to gain insight and understanding into the way your mind and emotions works and how to apply these practices to help you manage stress and anxiety and regain your state of calm and connectedness. You will feel more centred, grounded and experience a deeper sense of self.

In these 6 sessions, you will have the opportunity to go deeper into your meditation and mindfulness practices, understanding more deeply the patterns of your mind and your emotional response and how you can shift them. Taking these practices with you to use in your everyday life.
You will learn the neuroscience of the mind and emotions and how they function. You will also learn about the mind-body connection and how to work with your emotions. Discovering your own self sabotaging and negative patterns and how to overcome them to make a real difference in your day to day life.
